"VILLAMENA" is an ancient country residence set amidst the green hills in the heart of Umbria. It is halfway between Rome and Florence and is just five kilometres from Assisi, the city of St. Francis. This farmhouse, which dates to the Middle Ages, was restored using traditional materials to make exclusive independent residences that are also furnished with antiques.

The residences feature a fireplace and offer all amenities, including a furnished garden area. The complex offers its guests the perfect opportunity to enjoy a peaceful vacation in a pristine countryside. It is particularly ideal for artistic tourism alternated with long walks in the country. Villamena has a collection of illustrated guides in three languages for car, walking and mountain-bike itineraries.

Guests who are interested in studying Italian can reserve "on-the-spot" Italian lessons taught by a qualified instructor. Assisi, a city rich in artistic treasures, is a perfect location for those who wish to visit the Umbrian and Tuscan countryside and the cities of Rome and Florence.

OLMO (Tower): accommodates 6 - 90 square meters. Apartment with separate entrance on three floors beautifully furnished with some antiques.

First floor: dining room with kitchenette corner. Double bedroom, bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
Second floor: attic room with double sofa bed, terrace of 16 sq.m. with a wonderful view on the surrounding hills. TV, telephone and safe. Reserved table and chairs in the garden.





FICO: accommodates 4 - 59 square meters. Small separate villa beautifully furnished with some antiques . Large living room with fireplace and kitchen area. Two double bedrooms. One bathroom with shower, double washbasin and hairdryer. TV, telephone, safe.
